Since 15% seats are reserved through all India quota and 85% seats are reserved through state quota so if you want to go for this college through Maharashtra domicile then you will have to go with neet counselling for all India quota and you may come in the 15% seat reservation according to your score in the NEET exam.

GMERS MEDICAL COLLEGE (PATAN) is located in Gujarat and Jumagad is also in Gujarat hence to get admission there you would need to go for the All India Counselling, that is you will have to participate in the AIQ NEET counselling. To apply for the AIQ COunselling you will have to first clear the NEET exam. All the best.
