I have done 10th from haryana and having domicile and passed my 12th from delhi .i want to know what will be the status of quota given to me

In your case, you are eligible for 85% Quota seats in Haryana and during the counselling, your eligibility for the 85% Quota seats will be checked by the State Admitting Authorities and if found eligible,you will be given admission.
However, through 15% All India Quota, you can get the admission in medical colleges of any state.
