I have done 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Biotech, can I do B.Tech in Bio Tech.

The basic eligibility for this course is apass in 10+2with subjects like mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology etc.Like all engineering courses, the duration for this course is4 years. Theaverage tuition feesfor this course isINR 1,20,000 to 10,50,000 .. So yes you can do this course implied if you have not opted maths but you have done biology. But you may have some topics related to maths such as stats in you btech studies further. Hope this helps.

I see that you don't have Mathematics as a subject in your class 12 and this must be your concern in the question.
Mathematics as a compulsory subject for admission into B.Tech(Biotechnology) entirely depends on the eligibility criteria of individual college/university.
For example, for VIT Vellore, Maths is not compulsory but for Manipal University, Maths in class 12 is mandatory.
You can check the eligibility criteria for each college from their official site.
