I have done BA Economics and BEd social science and cleared ctet paper 2 ..Am I eligible for social science teacher as I didn't have any other subject combinations of his,geography,civics

As per your mentioned query, you may have chance to become social science teacher. See, the eligibility criteria for the designation of a teacher may vary like CBSE boards have their own criteria and STATE board has different. So, it is better to ensure the eligibility criteria first then you should apply for the same. You can also directly discuss it with institutions and schools.
