Hi, yes you can take admission in M.A psychology after you have completed your graduation. Most universities conduct an entrance exam for admission in masters of Psychology. The syllabus differs from college to college but generally it is based on the syllabus of graduation level psychology. So if you can prepare yourself by studying psychology of graduation level, you can score good marks in the entrance.

You may or may not get admission in the university/Course depending on their respective eligibility criterias. Not all require universities/courses demand candidates to have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology in order to study further.
