i have done BCA from BIT Mesra, passing year 2016. i am interested in taking admission in Kalinga University for MCA course in 2019 session.

Basically Kalinga University is providing admissions in MCA based on score in KALSEE which is there entrance exam. Depending on the score, seats will be alloted to the respective students accordingly. But the loophole is that if there are some vacant seats left after the seat allotment procedure, then aspiring candidates are alloted these seats without any entrance examination.
