Hi,
According to the eligibility criteria , Candidates having a degree or diploma in Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from a recognised University and whose age limit is between 18-32 years(relaxation for reserved category) are allowed to appear in the examination.
As, you have done your B.E. in Marine engineering, you are not eligible to sit in the exam.

• JE (Civil) in CPWD : Candidates have B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or a Institute.
• Junior Engineer in Electrical Department Of CPWD : Candidate have B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or a Institute.
• JE in Civil Department of Posts : B.E. / B.Tech. / 3 years Diploma in Civil engineering from a recognized University or a Institute.
• Junior Engineer in Electrical Department of Posts : Candidate have B.E. / B.Tech. / 3 years Diploma in Electrical engineering from a recognized University or a Institute.
• JE in Civil departments of MES : B.E. / B.Tech. / 3 years Diploma & 2 years work experience in Civil Engineering.
• Junior Engineer in Electrical & Mechanical departments of MES : Candidate have B.E. / B.Tech. / 3 years Diploma & 2 years work experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• JE (QS&C), MES : B.E. / B.Tech. / 3 years Diploma in Civil engineering or Passed Intermediate examination in Building and Quantity Surveying (Sub Divisional-II) from the Institute of Surveyors (India)
• Junior Engineer in Civil & Mechanical departments of Central Water Commission : Candidates should B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or a Institute.
