I have done bsc 1st and 2nd year with botany, chem, and zoology, and in 3rd year with zoology and chem, am i eligible for msc biochemistry?

Yes you are eligible for M.Sc in Biochemistry irrespective of your honors subject and your pass subjects.
You just have to apply for the various entrance examinations for M.Sc biochemistry for different colleges.
And for those colleges which take up students through merit list based on final year results, you have to submit an application form and then wait for them to take out their lists.
