I have done b.sc ( non medical) in gnc budhlada and i want to do ma english in this college but i have 48.50 % in graduation.What can i do?

There are less chances that you may get in this college, however you can do it from some other institutions.

Getting Ma English in this college is not an option for you with such scores but don't get disheartened you can do it from some other university as well.
You can apply in private reknowned universities as well if you are interested in doing this course

Your graduation percentage is very less. You won't get admission in M.A English in this college. Try for some private university.
