I have done BSc(hons) in Earth sciences. But in the cat form these subject has not been mentioned, rather there are options like sciences and others.. So with which option should I go for?

Hello dear
So as you have done B.sc in earth science it comes under science discipline whether let it be in any stream , as it is B.sc it is in science category .
So you can choose sciences as the graduation level category in CAT Application Form
