CSIR-UGC NET 2020 is a MCQ-based exam. There will be negative marking for wrong answers

see right now due to covid 19 pandemic there is chances for less recruitment in government sectors which includes the government colleges and other organizations. however I would suggest you to write ugc net exam, ugc net exam is for assistant professor position and junior research fellow position. where csir net is for lectureship and JRF positions. so it would be best if you attempt for both of the exam since syllabus is very similar to each of the exams. however it would be best if you work in pvt colleges during the preparation which would enhance your career prospect.
