I have done mistake in tnea registration process and payment also done can I correct the mistake

No, as of now, there is no correction facility available for the correction in TNEA application form. But since you have already made payment, you can't change anything in the application. But before making payment, applicants have an option to edit and if they can't find it, they can just fill an another form because this will not cause them anything to lose.
