i have done my 10+2 pcm from up board nd biology next year pvt like a adl subject how can i apply my application form in neet ... there's a school code problem after filling right code

In the section of school code you need to fill the code of the school from which you have passed your class 12th board examination and not the code which you have on your biology additional subject certificate.

Coming to qualification code.

You need to select the code 3.

This is because,

You have Passed from UP board and UP Board offers intermediate at class 12th level.

And,

code 3 says it is for those passed their intermediate / pre- degree examination or pre university (  Puc)    with physics, chemistry, biology and English ,your physics, chemistry and biology should also contain practical exam.
