    I have done my 10th and 12th to uttrakhand but I am not belong to uttrakhand. Will I elligebel for Home State Quota in Pantnagar for btech??

    Nowdays domicile  certificate is a must for every college to provide some state quota to the home state students .For admission in pantnagar under state quota you must have domicile certificate of uttrakhand , marksheet of 12th and 10th won't work if you want admission under state quota.
