Hii!
You haven't specified the name of the entrance exam you are talking about. But, let me tell you that if it is about NEET UG entrance exam, then, there's no problem in getting a seat in Assam via quota if you have the domicile of Assam.
It doesn't matter to pass class 12th in different state as long as you have domicile of Assam to prove yourself a permanent resident of Assam.
