firslty i would like to you tell you that if you are resident of Delhi.You can apply for the state quota for the admission in Delhi government medical college because according to the static data 85% seats are Delhi Quota MBBS/BDS seats. Remaining 155 are All India seats.Counselling for these seats will be conducted by Directorate general of health services on behalf of Medical Counselling Committe.

For getting into any medical college in Delhi, you need to appear for NEET exam. For a student to get admission under delhi state quota you have to fulfil few Conditions -

• Passed your Sr Sec Exam From a regular school, which is located in Delhi.
• If you are a private Candidate then your Examination centre should be in Delhi
• Now coming on NIOS Student,  they are also eligible for 85% delhi state quota only if their Study Centre & their Examination centre Should be in Delhi.
• Now other state board or other states students are not eligible for 85% State quota they are eligible only for 15%AIQ.

ALL above Students which are eligible must have PCBE with practicals and passed with 50% min For GEN/OBC & SC/ST 40%.



So if you have a 12th passing certificate from school of delhi, then yes you are eligible to get admission under delhi state quota.
