i have done my 12th in 2016 from cbse board and done my bsc pcm with chemistry as honours subject this year and i want to apply for neet 2020 am i eligible or not and which code i should enter if i'm eligible

yes you are eligible for applying in neet exam as neet has no upper age limit. last date for neet registration is 31 december, 2019.you need to enter code 6 as eligibility criteria. please follow the below link to know in details,
