I have done my 12th in 2018 but not qualified for jee advanced 2018 . I have repeat my 12th with all subjects in 2019 with advance in 2019.
Yes definitely you are eligible for jee 2020. If you're taking a drop or preparing for jee then keep a tab on all the jee proceedings going around. Do study well for appearing in the exam and qualify with good marks so that you're hands full of good colleges and nice branch of your choice.

You can seat for jee advanced only twice. And you can seat for jee mains thrice. Since you have appeared for jee advanced only once you can definitely give Jee advanced. But you need to give Jee mains first, qualify in Jee mains then appear for jee advanced
So now you don't have chances to give jee advance but you may give state exams and get to a good college.
