I have done my 12th in the year 2011 can i get to do b.com all three years in one attempt is it possible

No it's not possible. You can't complete your 3 years graduation in just one attempt. You have to give exams consecutively for 3 years whether from regular college or from correspondence that is completely your choice. Then only you will get your graduation degree.
