I have done my Basic registration for 2019 july session in feb of this year, can i use the same basic registration application for July 2020 ?

Jeevan, if the basic registration was accepted in February, you can use the same basic registration and continue with Final registration process. That is completely ok. Infact, if you try registering afresh, the sysytem would prompt you to use your previous basic registration application itself. You can use the same Email Id and Mobile no# and the same details.
