i have done my basic registration for aiims pg 2019 may session. i dont want to make final registration as i am not appearing for the exam

Yes. The basic registration stays there. Whether you appear for this session or not, the next time you register for final registration, you can use the same basic registration credentials. So the next time when you want to attempt AIIMS PG, you can jump directly to the final registration process.
