i have done my Bsc-IT from ksou in 2012, is it valid for govt job?

Yes you are eligible for a government job since Karnataka State Open University(KSOU) was recognized by University of Grants Commission(UGC), India till 2013. Since you have completed the BSc degree in IT in 2012 you are fully eligible for all government jobs (state and central).
