I have done my class 10 from West Bengal and my 10+2 from Jharkhand(both CBSE).What will be my STATE OF ELIGIBILTY?

Hey state of eligibility is dependant on the domicile of the state that you have
the criteria of doing schooling yesrs from a particular state comes later
every state has its own state eligibility criteria out of which most important is claiming the domicile of a state.
That makes you eligible for 85% quota of that state.
