Hey,
There are 20 IIMs(Indian Institute of Management) in India and each has different set of eligibility criteria. IIMs offer admission based on your CAT scote.
In addition to this,the past academic performance, relevant work experience, writing ability and personal interview also plays important role for your selection.
The basic eligibility criteria for CAT is that you must have completed your graduation from a recognized University. And if your diploma is equivalent to high school exam then you are eligible.

If your Diploma is equivalent to 12th grade exam.
You can pursue MBA after completing a bachelors in any of the following streams Arts, Commerce or Science. Though it is necessary to get aminimum of 50% in the undergraduate degreeto apply for various MBA entrance exams like GRE,XAT,CAT ,GMAT ,SNAP , etc. Some of the business schools ask for work experience before selecting students for the MBA program. Personal interviews and GDs are also a part of theMBA selection processin India. Read the next section to know about the specializations in MBAfor Bachelor of Arts graduates.

If your diploma is equivalent to a high school diploma then it is well and good. You'll have to ascertain that either from your school or by the respective school you are applying to.
