As you have A Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology the most easy and common option for you would be to become a Laboratory Technician in Hospitals, Blood Testing Labs, pathology technician, medical writer, pharmaceutical labs or clinics.
During this work life you would get an average salary of Rs 2,00,000/- to Rs 4,00,000/- per annum.
There are other options too. you can always go for higher studies for a better salary. You can do the BMLT i.e Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology a 3 year course because after completion of BMLT you can become a research assistant in any biotechnological industry or you can join as a supervisor in any laboratory .This time you will make average of Rs 3,00,000/- per annum.

You can do MSc in your study domain. this will make you more skillful in one domain and look for job accordingly. After MSC, job post and salary is good.
You can also look for job after BSc but opportunity is less. You have to go through the selection process to qualify for a job post.
as a fresher, average salary for a medical lab technician is 2.4lpa. you can good salary if you join good company. different job post and companies have different salary pay structure and requirements.
