We are sorry but BITS doesnt have any programme for normal MSc in Physics. They provide MSc (Hons) in BIological sciences, Economics, Chemistry, Mathematics as well as Physics. But they do not provide any normal Msc Courses in any of their campuses. BITSAT is one of the well known and common entrance exam for the aspiring students to Study in one of the BITS Campus. It is one of the six eminent institutes in INDIA which is Deemed to be university and is one of the highest ranked non. govt Institute In India.
BITS doesnt have normal graduation or post graduation degree for the basic sciences. They do Provide Msc Honours, which is Integrated MSc degree directly after passing of 12th. According to their eligiblity Criteria : Any student who has passed 12th on or before 2017 are not qualified to apply for any first degree programs , whcih apparently includes Msc ( hons) Physics too.
According to their eligiblity criteria , it says - "Only Students who are appearing for 12th examination in 2019 or who have passed 12th Examination in 2018 are eligible to appear in the BITSAT-2019 test. If a candidate has taken more than one attempt in 12th class or its equivalent, only his latest performance is considered, provided this attempt has been for the full component of subjects/courses prescribed. Students who have passed 12th examination in 2017 or earlier are NOT eligible to appear in BITSAT-2019. Students who are presently studying in BITS at any of its campuses are not eligible to appear in BITSAT-2019"
They also provide higher degree programmes which is solely for ME., M.Pharm., MBA only. But You can always apply for their PhD Programme though. SInce there are no programmes for Msc or integ.Phd for Physics they do not accept.
