I have done my HS with 65% marks in the year 2006 and B.Com with 43% from Calcutta University in the year 2009. I want to take admission in LLB course or BA LLB course. Now my age is 35 years. May I get admission in the same course. Please guide. After completion may I get enrolled as an advocate.

Supreme court removes age bar from the law admission in india which is a good news for the students who want to pursue law profession at any age so clearly your age is not an issue in taking admission in law course but your graduation percent is not eligible for 3 year law admission.BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA sets minimum qualifying percent for law is 45% in india.

B.a llb is a 5 year course in which 45% is eligible in hsc.you can take admission in b.a llb through different entrance exam like clat,blat, ETC.i am providing you the link about law course and its entrance exam in india with updated news
