Hello
If you have completed masters in the Finance and want to appear in the UGC NET Exam. You have the options given below to prepare for the UGC NET Exam.
The Subjects you can choose for the National Eligibility test is as follows -
UGC NET Commerce
UGC NET Management
UGC NET HRM
UGC NET Economics
Also to prepare for the UGC NET Exam you must check out the UGC NET Question Papers given over here.
Hello Padmakhi,
According to the rules of UGC NET exams, a candidate can apply in the subject in which they have done their post-graduation only, and if their subject is not mentioned in the list of subjects given there, then the candidate may apply in the allied field of the subject. (This is what they have mentioned on their official website)
Now, coming to your case I believe you can give in:
1)
Management:
which is paper number 17
(including Business Admn. Mgt./Marketing/ Marketing Mgt./Industrial Relations and Personnel Mgt./ Personnel Mgt./Financial Mgt./Co-operative Management)
or
2)
Labour Welfare:
which is paper number 55 (including
Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/ Labour and Social Welfare/Human Resource Management)
as these two subject is exclusively for MBA students only who wants to be an Assistant Professor.
But, for you, as you had Finance and Marketing so paper number 17 i.e. Management should be the right choice for you.
Other subjects such as Commerce is for M.Com and Economics is for MA Graduates students.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
