Yes, as you ahve done MBBS in Karnataka , you are eligible for PG seats in state.The general criteria to apply for Karnataka NEET PG counselling is that one must have qualified NEET PG 2020,must possess an MBBS degree from an institute recognized by MCI and must have completed his/her compulsory rotatory internship by April 31, 2020.The criteria for government seats is that  the candidate must have passed MBBS from a recognized institute in Karnataka. Candidates who have completed the MBBS degree from an institute outside Karnataka but has studied in the state for 10 years, including class X or XII, can also apply for the counselling of Karnataka NEET PG counselling.
