As you have completed your MBBS,and searching for admission procedure in Uttar Pradesh which is actually your permanent residential address, then you come in the state quota list of that state in which you are resident of i.e Uttar Pradesh but not West Bengal. So ,in this way you are eligible in state quota in Uttar Pradesh for Neet PG .
