i have done my schooling from Delhi and have central obc certificate issued by Delhi govt and my caste is also in delhi obc list? can i get admission in DTU under home state obc OR i have to make delhi state obc certificate.

As you mentioned that you have done your schooling from Delhi and considering you as an obc candidate and you have the obc certificate issued by delhi government. Then you don't need to worry about anything. You are absolutely eligible for the state quota in delhi colleges.
