For school teaching jobs, you need to do b. Ed

Greetings
To get into the teaching profession you have to do a B.Ed i.e. a Bachelor of Education. The degree is offered by numerous colleges all over the country. You may opt for any of them depending on your choice and availability. On completion of the course you may choose to pursue further and do an M.Ed from any college. The M.Ed is of course given more value than a simple B.Ed .
The teaching profession as such demands that you have experience in your field of work. So a simple degree would not suffice in a number of places. It would be advisory to be accustomed to the norms of the place where you're applying and the standards of teaching prevalent in the place.
All the best.
