I have done Post graduation in Civil Engineering ( Hydraulics and Water Resources Engineering). Can I apply for UGC NET 2019? If so, under which subject should I apply? Otherwise, am I elgible to apply CSIR NET 2019 under Earth Sciences? Thank you

Since their are a total of 81 subjects t apply for UGC NET 2019, your most preferable subject to apply for the post of Assistant professor or fellowship in Indian governmet institutions will be Hydraulics and Water Resources Engineering which is available in UGC NET as well as CSIR NET.
