I have done psychology with Bio in 12th and have passed with 90%,want to pursue my career as Sports psychology or nutritionist, pls advs

Sports science is a very wide field of academics which is slowly coming into prominence in India and abroad. This curriculum can make a sports enthusiast understand the ambit, its application and finally choose any of the numerous paths that lead to further specialization. In a country where youth gets passionate about not only cricket but many other games and bringing in priced medals from international games competition, a subject like this has come forward for good quality of sports and fitness.

As a sports Psychologist you will get a chance to work with athletes deal with their Psychological issues or pressures, you can help them in dealing with stress and failure by encouraging them to set realistic and achievable goals. You will get a chance to enhance their performance and help them stay mentally and emotionally fit. You can also take up teaching the same if you don't want to work in the field. To be a teacher you will have to pursue graduation and post graduation in the field of sports Psychology or complete a specialized course in the same. If you want to work in the field graduation in the field of Psychology is a must and if you are yourself interested in sports it will help you have a better insight in course and field work. You can also pursue the course in abroad specially for post graduation as no formal training institutes are available in India that offer this course
