I have done registration for NEET PG 2019, Now can I change my exam centre thru different Mail I'd & Different, ready to pay fee again.

No, if you have filled in the application form with all your identities and aadhar number, you can not apply again. If you want to change your examination centre kindly login using the same email address as used for registration.If you want to change your email address that can be done too.
