Hey Parul,
As per the new guidelines issued by the Delhi University, you are allowed to edit your forms only once and that also, by paying a fee of Rs. 100. Be careful while you make corrections.

Once fees is paid it is not possible to edit form again.Look if the mistake is minor we can ignore them but as you said your marks you want to edit in that case you have to take action. As you can't edit edit the form one thing you can do is fill up the form again by registering yourself with new email id and phone number.
