I have done T.Y.B.M.S but have KT in 5th which has been cleared. So can I go for further studies like MBA from a well known business school?

Yes, you can go for MBA, there is no rule barring you to get admission. Backlogs/KT themselves are not rejection criteria.The individual grades of your subjects in undergraduate studies are not considered in the intial phases of the admission process, but you might owe an explanation in the personal interview. So here only your cumulative GPA/percentage counts, and a low GPA can be compensated by a high CAT score and work experience.
