I have doubt, for calculation of aggregate marks of physics, chemistry and maths to be eligible for colleges under Jac delhi (DTU, NSUT,IGDTUW) both theory and practical marks are considered in the CBSE marksheet?

For example,
Physics is of 100 marks ( 70 theory +30 practical marks)
JAC Delhi eligibility criteria is different for different colleges :-

To be eligible one must pass his or her class 12th board examination with physics chemistry mathematics and English and must have got at least 60% in aggregate of physics chemistry and mathematics
