I have doubt, I have completed 12th in 2022 but I have taken Hindi Core instead of computer science as a subject in 12th so can I will be eligible for JAC delhi counseling and admission in JAC delhi colleges (DTU,NSUT,IGDTUW)in 2023?

Yes sir/ mam, you will be allowed for JAC Delhi counseling, there is no criteria of 5th subject whatsoever for admission or counseling through JAC.
The only major criteria is that you must have had PCM in 12th and then each college sets it's separate criteria of minimum percentage that you can check on their official website
