I have doubt that my mom and dad both are educated and so I am the first child can I get a first graduate certificate

Hello Aspirant,
The first graduate certificate is desirable solely if no graduates are present in the family, comprising siblings not supported by the first graduate scholarship or expense benefit.
The Tahsildar of state Govt. approves of the First Graduate Certificate.
So, you are not suitable for this certificate.
