Sapan, there are 2 things to it. You have entered the Date of Birth correct but NTA has mentioned it wrong in the Admit card. In such case you need to mail the helpdesk at neet @ nta .ac.in and they will make a note of it and do the needful changes. Second, you entered the details in the Application form wrong and missed correcting it. In that case, unfortunately nothing can be done because NTA doesnt make changes to your application form on your behalf nor does it entertain any changes to the application form once the correction window has been closed. Then you might not be allowed to the exam hall due to the discrepancy in the date of birth mentioned in the Admit card and your Valid Id proof. So you need to take this up with NTA immediately and wait to hear from them.
There is facility provided by neet authority to change or correct something in your forms but their isn't any facility available when something is wrong on the admit card. Since you have already downloaded your admit card their is nothing that can be done now. However I'll suggest you to contact neet authority, through their helpline numbers. Mismatched date of birth can create problem as you will be required to take a photo id with you for cross-checking to the centre and if they found mismatch of D.o.b it can create problem.
Here's helpline desk contact information from national testing agency website :-

Don't be tense, remain calm, being anxious can create problems with you. Try contacting the authorities for help.
Hope it helps.
Thankyou!
