You decide first which career you want- medical or upsc. If UPSC, then do a 3 years graduation take coaching and crack it. If you do Medical it will take a long 5.5 years then coaching , and hence a tiresome process.
Now coming to the myth of doing big in life, in every profession you can do big. You know Habib he is a hair dresser. I m sure his more famous and well respected in his field more than many doctors. Whatever you choose be the best in that, it will automatically be big
I would suggest you to focus on one thing at a time as if you go with 2 or more course together then it will be very difficult to achieve success as it needs great hard work and time too..
