i have drop 2 year after +2 can i allowed into any hons college for regular course in kolkata

You will be allowed for further studies in any hons course after two years drop. But you will have to fulfill eligibility criteria for the course. You will have to present gap certificate mentioning the reason for dropping. They can call you for personal interview.
