There is no need to worry. Sometimes this issue arises due to network problem, that pdf file may not have downloaded properly or the complete file is not sent by the authority or corrupted file is sent by the authority.

Try to download it again with proper network if this issue remains with you then write an e-mail to the given e-mail address : info@vit.ac.in
