i have encountered a problem with transaction ,though transaction has happened ,i couldnt get into the option of chosing the city .it has been shown that ' you are unable to proceed since the transaction has been tampered ' but money has been deducted from my account twice .can you help me sir ?

I understand your query and now to answer your question, there are probably two reasons for which you are facing this issue. These reasons are:
- Technical Snag: There might be technical glitch due to which you are facing this issue and most likely it would take a day or two before the snag gets fixed by itself and you would be able to get a one time refund and then be able to exercise your option of choosing your desired city.
- If the above scenario is not the issue then I would like you to take this matter to the competent authority via e-mail or through post by clearly mentioning your details and your issue and request an expedited solution.
