Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University, Hyderabad has released the application form for TS EAMCET 2019 which can be filled for March 6 to April 5(without late fee) and upto April 28(with late fee upto 10,000 INR). The exam is conducted for admissions to various engineering and agriculture courses offered by the participating instituttes.

As for your question, if you haven't submitted the form you can correct the detail. Also, wrong month doesn't cause major problems if you have got the year right.
