That means thode of Pre degree Examination passed aspirants.
So, You have to submit the Degree or proof for the same.

code 3 states “The Intermediate/Pre-degree Examination in Science of an Indian University/Board or other recognised examining body with Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Bio-technology (which shall include practical test in these subjects) and also English as a compulsory subject.”and people who come under this:"Who should use Code 03? Any student who has passed PUC Examination. E.g. Students who have passed Karnataka PUC Examination."So i have passed my PUC examinations under Karnataka PUC Examination. Is this alright or do i have to apply again to change to 02??

I am sorry for the confusion. See, this is the thing as you have linked your Adhaar with your Application form now you can't fill another application form again. Code 2 is Specified for those who completed their Schooling of 12th and Code 3 is for few Southern States which have equivalent Courses done under some University or Boards.
And now nothing can be done. So you have to just wait for the right thing to happen. Give the exam there will be no obstacles for the examination. But at the time of counseling you may find difficult if you have chose wrong choice.
So only thing u can do now is to have patience and wait for right thing to happen.
I hope you will not face any difficulty due to this.
Now just keep calm and prepare for your upcoming exam.
Best of luck for the NEET UG and other future examinations.
