I understand that you have entered incorrect date of birth in the NCHMCT certificate and since the result is out and you are due for counselling thus you wish to rectify this error and so to answer your question, firstly check if there is any option of correction window where in you would be able to make the correction yourself.

If there is no option of a correction window, then I would advise you to inform this discrepancy over mail to the concerned authorities while clearly mentioning the details of the correction and request them to make the necessary correction at the earliest so that you can appear for the counselling without any further issue and also I congratulate you on securing a good rank in the concerned entrance examination.
