Dear Sarita, are you asking about the NEET PG exam that was conducted on January 6th, 2019? Am afraid that is not possible. Ideally, you had a correction window that was open was to make such changes. But now am afraid that there is little that can be done. It is too late even to write to the help desk now because the results will be declared by January 31st and NTA would be preparing for that. Am sorry that this has happened but I would suggest you to give it a try and mail the help desk to see if they can do anything about it.
