Hello,
Unfortunately, you cannot change the registered E-mail and phone number in NEET UG application form. You cannot apply twice for NEET UG. However, you will receive the updates and other important information to the registered mobile number. So please check the SMSs sent to registered mobile number regularly so that you will not miss any important information.
